Overview
In FSTBAL, you play one-on-one, but as part of a team on each side of the court. Players rotate in after each rally. The twist? To earn a Big Point, a player must win three points in a row. Do that, and your team scores one Big Point. First team to three Big Points wins the match. Here’s where it gets fast: after every rally, the teammate of the player who lost the point feeds the next ball and starts the new rally im mediately. There’s no downtime, no long resets — just constant movement, high energy, and nonstop action.
